"Perry was so great! He hung a chandelier for my wife and I in our baby's nursery. He was punctual, even a few minutes early. His work was extremely professional and he was so pleasant to be around. We can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to have him help us prepare our nursery for our baby. He will always be our handyman from now on!"

"If I could give more than 5 stars, trust me, I would. I had a bed that needed putting together and it was heavy, had about a million pieces and I was already tired from setting up the rest of the place. I called Perry and he was able to come the same day. Both Perry and is wife Johnny Mae are kind, sweet, funny and so easy to talk to. They arrived early to my place in Washington Heights and it was non-stop, fun conversation from start to finish. Fair price, great work and I will be calling him again for other tasks as he knows his stuff, that's for sure"

"Mr. Perry is a kind man, thoughtful and fair with his pricing.  He will treat your home and you with respect!  He installed three ceiling fans for us and he did a great job."

"Perry has helped me in two Manhattan apartments and I'd consider living in the city forever if it meant Perry could help my husband and I with home projects. We first found Perry on Yelp and saw all of the positive reviews, he was an obvious first choice for an apartment remodel we were trying to complete. Perry came over with his wife, helped us remove an old bulky air conditioning unit and replace it with a smaller, more energy efficient model. He even went so far as to help us remove the old air conditioning unit, which he didn't have to do but happily did. Perry also took a look at a light fixture for us that had been blinking for longer than I had lived in the apartment and repaired it for way less money than we thought it'd take. When we moved, Perry was the first person we called to change our light fixture and install shelves. After this took less time than he anticipated he quickly asked "What else can I help with?" and installed the curtain pulls I had intended to do myself without additional charge.

Perry is a unique gem in this city where it seems most people's motives are to overcharge and underperform. Perry is kind, he is patient and he is reasonable. He is generous with his company and his time and the effort that he puts into the work he does. I lost my dad last year, he was my Fix-It guy. I was hesitant to invite Perry over to help us with these tasks but, and I realize this may sound dramatic, I honestly think Perry is the exact person my dad would want helping me with these tasks. He is one of the best people I have ever had the honor of meeting." - Annie Gala
